Peter Bjorn Rojas — Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Peter Bjorn Rojas leads Perfect Circle Systems, the integrated systems architect behind a new generation of waste-to-energy, baseload power, and environmental remediation projects for states, cities, and large industrial operators.

A U.S. Army signals intelligence veteran (MOS 35N), Peter served as analytical lead in a special-access tactical community supporting 24/7 Department of Defense operations worldwide. He authored a targeting methodology that compressed intelligence-to-action timelines from hours to minutes — work later codified into mandatory training for allied SIGINT analysts.

After separating from service, Peter co-developed a counter-drone interdiction system with academic physicists during the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War. The humanitarian relief work that followed earned a Congressional Certificate of Special Recognition from Congressman Scott Peters (52nd District, California).

Today, Peter directs two converging programs at Perfect Circle Systems. With L. P. Daniel Engineers and Contractors, Inc., the firm originates modular waste-to-energy projects that turn municipal solid waste into baseload power, sustainable derivatives, and verified carbon credits — with optional behind-the-meter offtake for adjacent data centers. With General Atomics, the firm is deploying environmental remediation capability for PFAS and other persistent contaminants. Both programs convert public-sector liabilities into revenue streams, funded primarily by L. P. Daniel debt.

Peter holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology with minors in Anthropology and Philosophy/Ethics.
